Michael LoFaso

Co-CEO

Michael is Co-CEO of Rideback, where he oversees all business development, business affairs and operations at Rideback and Rideback Ranch. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Rideback Rise, a 501c3 non-profit content accelerator that seeks to advance racial equity by increasing the development of mainstream entertainment by BIPOC creators. Prior to joining Rideback, Michael was a Vice President at TPG and CAA’s joint venture investment firm focused on growth and private equity investments at the intersection of media and technology. He also co-founded FTS (acquired in 2018), Playbook Technologies (digital marketplace for the health and wellness industry) and Coast Up (a portfolio of sustainable consumer brands). He began his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley. Michael graduated from Harvard Business School where he was the Co-President of the Business of Sports Club and an entrepreneur in the Harvard Innovation Lab. His undergraduate studies were at Colgate University where he graduated summa cum laude in mathematical economics and was awarded the Chi-Ming Hou prize for International Economics.
